Counseling Services

Precedence EAP will provide up to 6 counseling sessions (in person or virtually) for each employee, spouse or qualified dependent seeking services.

Non-urgent appointments will be scheduled within three to five (3-5) business days of the request either in-person or virtually per client request. Urgent requests will be scheduled within 24-48 hours.

When clients call outside of normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) they will have access to an answering service that will deliver the information to our support staff for prompt scheduling within the next business day.
