EAP ORIENTATIONS

EAP Orientations are an important way to help your team members learn about their benefits and how to use them. During an Orientation session, we will cover:

  • What EAP is
  • How to Access EAP Services
  • How to Access the EAP Employee Resources Website

Orientations last anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes long and, when coupled with a wellness topic, can prove a meaningful staff offering!

Manager Orientations

Precedence will train and assist managers in identifying the warning signs of troubled employees and share how to make full use of all our EAP services.

Managers will also have unlimited access to EAP counselors for assistance in dealing with troubled employees and/or to discuss performance issues. Management consultation can be provided in person or via telephone.

Mental Health First Aid

Precedence EAP can also provide on site Adult Mental Health First Aid Trainings through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.

These trainings help employees and managers to best identify, understand and respond to situations regarding mental health and substance abuse – whether it be with one of their patients or consumers, a colleague, loved one, or they themselves.
